Auriga Component Test System (CTS-4)

CTS-4, our 4th generation component test system, is a fully-automated, turnkey component test system that provides a single-connection, multiple-measurement architecture used in both low- and high-volume development and manufacturing of: high-frequency commercial and military modules and MMIC devices, such as transmit and receive modules (T/R); LMDS and MMDS CPE; and base station testing.
Auriga now offers CTS-4 with Auriga WIDE™, the Company’s Wizard-based Integrated Development Environment. Auriga WIDE makes the creation of even the most complex measurement processes easy to script, eliminating the requirement for specialized programmers. The extensive range of intuitive measurement and control wizards empowers all users–even those without coding skills–to build professional, accurate test routines. Auriga WIDE software was developed to enable users to quickly and easily create sophisticated, interactive test scripts that can run as standalone programs.
