Auriga Introduces 1200 V, 100 A Pulser Head for Power Electronic PIV Measurements

Chelmsford, Massachusetts, May 22, 2014

Auriga announced today that it will make available a 1200 V, 100 A pulser head for use with its industry-leading AU4850 Pulsed IV/RF Characterization System. Now in Beta, the pulser head will ship as a general-release product in June 2014.  

Key features of the 1200 V head are:

• Low ON-resistance: accurately measuring smaller resistance devices
• Dual mode: low voltage and high voltage offering better resolution where needed
• Asymmetric architecture: improved accuracy
