Auriga engineers utilize a combination of original and established design techniques to provide solutions that are cutting-edge, yet low-risk. Some of these techniques include Envelope-Tracking, N-way Doherty, switch-mode biasing (Class D, E, and F), and digital/analog pre-distortion. Often, the ideal approach integrates digital, analog, and microwave circuitry to maintain compact size and affordability. Auriga has deep roots in solid-state device measurement, characterization, and modeling. Often, we have access to foundries’ beta product, allowing Auriga to stay on the fore-front of bleeding-edge technology.
Having in-house modeling capability provides a unique advantage to Auriga. Rather than use foundry models that are intended for universal application, Auriga generates a custom model tailored for the specific design environment. This facilitates first-pass success, which translates to optimized performance, faster delivery and lower cost for the customer.
