Current Programs by Frequency and Enabling Technology

Precisely balancing solutions requires applying the most appropriate solid-state technology to meet all target specifications. Auriga utilizes Category 1A trusted foundries to provide 0.15 µm GaN HEMT, 0.15 µm GaAs pHEMT, 0.25 µm GaN HEMT and/or 0.5 µm GaN HEMT devices. These devices are our building blocks to create high-performance modules or RF front ends. Each block in the figure represents a solution currently under development. Since most of these programs originate within the SBIR program, the frequency of operation resides within popular military bands, especially UHF, L, and S. However, all design strategies used at Auriga are scalable to other frequency bands.

Programs under development will become products for radar, radar jamming, and communications from UHF through K-band.
