Auriga announces Testforce Systems, Inc., as exclusive Canadian Representative

LOWELL, Massachusetts, December 11, 2006

Auriga Measurement Systems, LLC today announced an agreement with Testforce Systems Inc. of St. Laurent, Quebec to be the exclusive representative in Canada for Auriga's custom test, characterization, and modeling systems and services. Testforce will use its dispersed sales team to effectively cover the Canadian territories for Auriga.
