Auriga signs new West Coast Representative Organization and extends the territory of an existing East Coast Representative Organization

LOWELL, Massachusetts, December 04, 2006

Auriga Measurement Systems, LLC announced today the signing of a new representative organization on the west coast and the extended territory of one of their existing representative organizations on the east coast.

Jay Stone Associates (JSA) of San Jose, California is Auriga's newest representative and will exclusively cover Northern California and Northern Nevada for Auriga's custom test, characterization, and modeling systems and services. "JSA has tremendous customer exposure in their territory and a great depth of understanding of their customers' needs and how our products and services can fulfill those needs," stated Ted Lewis, Director of Sales & Marketing for Auriga. The companies will leverage the JSA team's technology experience and market knowledge to deliver Auriga systems and services that improve microwave components for their customers by reducing costly redesigns and accelerating time-to-market.

By adding Auriga's systems and services to their offerings, JSA increases their already comprehensive portfolio of solutions to meet the high-tech microwave product and services needs of their customers. "Auriga's 'all-in-one' modeling, characterization and custom automated-test services and systems for our customers' complex RF microwave needs will allow us to differentiate JSA as a total solution provider. In other news, Auriga extended the territory of their representative CWI Technical Sales of New Jersey, to include New York, New Jersey and all of Pennsylvania. "CWI has been great for Auriga.
