Auriga Measurement Systems Hires President and CEO—Positions for Expansion

LOWELL, Massachusetts, November 26, 2007

Auriga Measurement Systems, LLC today announced the hiring of Bruce L. Cohen as president and CEO. Mr. Cohen joins Auriga with more than 35 years of industry experience and a proven track record of leading companies to rapid revenue growth and profitability. As one of the founders of Chipcom Corporation, an international network solutions company, he was instrumental in leading the Company's growth from zero to an annual rate of more than $300M per year in 10 years. After Chipcom, as CEO, Bruce led Novasoft Systems and Top Layer Networks though similar rapid growth. For the past several years, as a consultant and interim CEO, Bruce has helped several companies develop effective go-to-market and product strategies.
