Auriga Microwave Announces Appointment of Moosa E. Moosa as Chief Financial Officer

LOWELL, Massachusetts, March 21, 2011

Auriga Microwave announces the appointment of Moosa E. Moosa in the newly created position of Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Moosa served as a part-time financial consultant to the Company.

Moosa has more than 30 years of extensive and broad business experience as a proactive, business-oriented financial leader and key member of senior leadership teams. His financial and operational experience includes almost 20 years as a CFO of various technology-based and manufacturing companies, including 10 years as CFO of publicly-traded companies. Moosa has a successful track record of growing companies into new markets and repositioning them during changing environments. Moosa has had extensive involvement in the areas of international operations, mergers and acquisitions, operations, IT and human resources in several diverse industries.

Moosa began his career with KPMG in South Africa and later transferred to the Boston office – his specialization was international manufacturing and mergers & acquisitions. Moosa has post graduate degrees from University of Natal and University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa, and was a Fellow at Harvard University, Cambridge, MA, USA. Moosa is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant.
